Simba -Re Mortgage offer,
I got a similar offer yesterday from Wells Fargo as well - 5.375% for the 30 and 4.75% for the 15 year. Absolutely no closing costs - the lender even provides the title and the appraisal fee's. Even more strange is the fact that I have never been customer of Wells Fargo.
