I agree. I don't know whether I am more disgusted or surprised with that 1 cent option grant. This sounds like a departure from the AMAT I've watched for years.

Again this points out that expensing requirements (or threats thereof) WILL NOT stop the abuse of shareholder and investors. The real issue and the only way to stop the nonsense is giving the shareholder some real enforceable voting rights. Right to vote against the excesses and vote the excess issuers off the board.

When is it enough? When is the SEC going to stand up for the small investor? It is after all what we pay that little per trade fee for.

I suggest you ditch the email route. And send it certified letter, signature required, to several people on the BOD. Cost would be about $5 per.
