Canada has managed to put its SARs problem on the back burner.

Now mad cow disease has popped up. Heard on the news this evening that Wendy's and McDonalds stock dropped 6% on this news of Canada sending us a cow with mad cow's disease.

Hopefully, those Canadians will get it under control and not spread it to the U.S.
