Hi Puck,

SI did a complete reversal of its disclosure "policy" quite some time ago now. In the most recent case that I know of, SI refused to comply with a lawyer-issued subpoena requesting the private information of approximately 41 posters on SI and RB. The case was ultimately dropped...
