And Hi Patricia, Form the great State of "Pacifica" or "Pacifico", west of and along the continental divide, from the Artic circle into Central America until it dives under the Pacific plate. If all want to join, of course... We would have the best of all societies.. Peacefulness from MOST out here... plus civility from the Canadians and the family values from those wonderful Hispanic cultures, and the entrepeneurship of the western U.S... Just generalizing, of course on all.. LOL.. And dreaming out loud.... m
