Your post is a non-sequiter I don't think you know what "non-sequitur" is. It literally means "it does not follow". As in a conclusion that does not follow from the premises. sacklunch.net Tom's post didn't even have a conclusion on anything. He just pointed at a difference between the way American Indians are treated in the US and the way Palestinians are being treated in Israel. I am not saying your position is wrong and his is right, since I have not followed the conversation. Just that you are doing a poor job of defending yours by throwing around terms in Latin that do not apply.
