Depends on how you interpret all this, including the letter. As far as their true intentions, I have no more knowledge than anybody else. If you feel it's up and up, I think the stock is worth at least $1.30 now. Clearly, I have a problem with MOY management (or at least their unnecessary circuitous style), but it seems to be a good risk/reward situation anyway?
