I'm wondering if Bernie capitulated last week....he is looking for a bull market in small/mid cap stocks, but expect big caps to be weak... Given that survey, and the apparent "adjustment" large cap need to make this summer (at some point), I'm struggling to see how a bear in small/mid caps happens (sure, better performance- but a bull while big cap tanking?)
