Alert FBI-DOJ-IRS-SEC Lipangue is a Fraud
Once again Mr. Lopehandia's list of goodies never stop amazing the faithful like ZIDIOT there, nevertheless, let it be known that in the case of lipangue, in accordance to Mr. Lopehandia and the record in Chile, these are the facts.
a) At the center of it al, are the undisclosed, unaccounted for, never properly reported Audits (Forensic Audits) on Mr. Price and Ian Dow - Juan Jose Quijano's fraudulent activities, sourrounding money laundering of mr. Lopehandia's previous contracts.
b) The corporations were to be 50% to the property owners until fully paid, (much like Quijano has it today at MDMN).
However, Price and Quijano who are people like Jack Purdy "high aspirations individuals", together, they set out to hurt their business source, Mr. Jorge Lopehandia and the Garcia Diaz Family in Chile + Tornero & jeraldo Families in Andacollo, to act in complicity with DAYTON and Barrick on the THEFT of Andacollo Gold and Pascua mine.
c) Medinah resorted to INVENT a rodrigobc9 character to slander Mr. Lopehandia and to confuse the public and Law Enforcement Agencies (As confusing as the US$5 Million of the FBI - other than US$5 Million "chinese press confirmed & medinah/Quijano denied....partially paid by the chinese in Chile* Chilean Press))...
That character had insider Medinah provided information.
Such INTERNET FRAUD, is symbolic of all published mining information of Medinah.
d) Medinah COULD HAVE produced Gold as early as 1997 at Churrumata at Julio Tornero's Gold mills that were refurbished and ready to produce first DORE gold with Cristobal and Jorge Lopehandia, at the same time that Barrcik was stealing Pascua Lama project from Jorge Lopehandia in Chile, March, 04, 1997.
e) In a concerted effort, Price talked with Mr. Lopehandia regarding Barrick's assertions of their ownership of Pascua project. Price immediately severed payments in all contracts to lopehandia and associates to favour barrick, allowed Dayton to Bulldoze the Gold producing facilities with local blood spilled in the first & second quarter of 1997....
f) Thenn after having cleaned Manto Nilagroso at the Sierra de La Plata contract, Juan Jose Quijano an employee of Mr. lopehandia's represented & thus, employee of mr. Lopehandia, agreed to act as Leslie Price MONEY LAUNDERER, thereby "providing Lipangue" to allow Mr. Price to be "THE KING OF THE CASTLE" and the property owners - TO DATE - the dirty RASCALS....
g) Gordon House, Russell Godwin, Ian Dow, Sam Ponnayya Jr., Pamela Fitzpatrick, Kenneth Taschuk & wife, Larry Regis, Greg Chapin, are all racketeers and Jack purdy their "washing wallet"....
h) Wherever the "loans to subsidiaries went", there is a Leslie price ownership, directly or at arms length.
i) Impressing the DOJ with the value of Lipangue Mr. Price?
*** THAT Price is NOT right!!!, in Chile NO mining property can be owned - with a shares only Agreement - therefore, either price and Quijano laundered money together and are CHEATING the IRS and DOJ... or they are both CHEATING Chile. One thing is for sure, they have both collectively cheated Jorge Lopehandia, the Garcia Family, the IRS, and the public in the Internet, regarding the correct CHARGES of the DOJ, regarding property advertised 1999-2000...
That would be... Mina Claudia....!

Juan Jose Quijano is MORE of a money launderer than Mr. Price and Ian Dow, equal to Sam Ponnayya Jr. and Jack purdy both of Vancouver, "extended wallets" of "suspended Price".
h) Juan Jose Quijano is in Chile, what Kenneth Taschuk and wife are in Vancouver, "Legal money launderers".
i) Ian Dow is equal in profile to Price and Russell Godwin, the ESCAPED con Artist of RGM Communications, selling Copper to ENAMI from Mr. Lopehandia's properties... that is the DOJ's case... NOT Lipangue... the properties that Medinah abandoned 1997 and peddled in Internet 1997-1998-1999 & 2000... are the Targets of Interest... you may say...
j) Jorge Lopehandia was right and Russell Godwin badmouthed the DOJ, confusing Mina Claudia's crimes and Andacollo's crimes of false titles peddled... with the "other fraud on the making"... that is called Lipangue.
K) karate shops will fly over ANYTHING that either Mr. price or Mr. Quijano, medinah et al, own in Chile or anywhere in the world. mr. Lopehandia & Associates have a multibillion dollar lawsuit against these money laundering individuals.
l) Law Enforcement Agencies had NO PROBLEM convincing either Purdy or Price to launder money from cocaine proceeds... they were "familiar with the acts"... it was just "other guys in the daily routine"... if Mr. price escapes indictment on mina Claudia with the FARSE of the other crimes committed in Lipangue, it will send the FBI into disrepute and the DOJ scrambling for a face, when the REAL ACTS come into the limelight in follow up Lawsuits.
The world is watching! Price & Purdy + Barrick et al's "influence peddling"... or Justice over the truth of documented record.
Lipangue is as FALSE as medinah's Mina Claudia sales of 200 metric tons of Copper a day to ENAMI... fiction of "polished and seasoned ... documentation"... that was ill conceived in circumvention & Fraud.
All 1996 contract's money was laundered to "get" price where he is... medinah is a ROTTED empty shell, Lipangue is Quijano's until fully paid and Quijano is a thief and a money launderer.... forget about the Gold & Copper, call a Lawyer and start a class lawsuit to recover your losses.
