Let's say the dividend tax cut is passed: Let's see then if Mr. Buffett and Mr. Soros send their portion of the cuts back to Uncle Sam to be given away to lower income types. The gov't would be more than happy to take that money back from them.

If they really want to help the poor with their cut money- wouldn't they be absolutely free to do so with this new income? Why should the gov't decide how it is spent? Congress would probably just blow it on some worthless pork project in BumF, Texas- or to hand out condoms to drug addicts in Mongolia.

I'm betting Buffett will have plenty of better things to do with the money than send it back- and I bet they won't give it all away to the poor either. There is an ulterior motive for the Buffett-Soros comments. Can't put my finger on it, but I'm certain one exists.

OK, I'm done..
