In Seattle, I'm starting to hear of multiple offers and bidding wars on homes again. Just last night a friend told me of a home in a very nice neighborhood, but with no view, 4 bedrooms....went on the market at $829k, they received multiple offers and sold that afternoon at $875k. Seems insane to me, if rates rise, there will be some seriously upside down folks.

Maybe we'll start seeing bigenerational mortgages like in Japan.
