Rob, if you believe that technology, market access, user choices, and operating costs are subservient to political dicta, then of course, you're right. You may count a few Europeans in your crowd, along with quite a few Americans who prefer to preach, rather than practice competition.

What I obviously meant, and what most people probably understand, is that in places where two different systems can operate on a level playing field, there is no doubt which one wins.
