I don't agree with your interpretation of every article you post, Hueyone- for example your take on Greenspan's pov regarding options in that quote you posted is not my interpretation of his exact statement.

So just because Levitt said this in one of his quotes, doesn't mean that a) it is a unilateral opinion agreed upon by all or 2) that Levitt didn't contradict himself elsewhere.
