I guess you have a reading impairment. The article stated that Iraqis would be able to keep small arms for personal protection...

My problem with all the weapons is that they are attending demonstrations and walking the streets brandishing AK-47s, with some firing them into the air (or at US troops)..

Until there is some semblance of order established in Iraq, no publicly owned weapons should be permitted on Iraqi streets.

And what's the "American Rifle Association"?? I've never heard of it..
