Earlie, if I had even one contact with the guy previous to that PM I might be inclined to agree with you. It might be the greatest investment in the world, what I object to was the wording and flavor of the message sent by someone whom I know little who knows even less about me. I mean, seriously, haven't we had enough of that? If what he did was completely legal and ethical then it did him little harm to post publicly about it. I don't wish to make trouble for him, but I think everyone should take the securities laws seriously. They are there to protect the naive and uninformed investor. A private offering of that sort is inappropriate for 99.9% of the investors out there. If I want to put money down on something of that nature I would go looking for it as you did. I've waded through more than one developmental stage company's papers and filings trying to figure out whether they are more than a post box and a couple of patents. I'm very familiar with the risks involved in investing in them, most aren't. Judging from the number of PMs I received of people stating that they got similar or the same offer I'd say I'm not the first to get it....I might have actually been the last person left who hadn't received it.

As to Zeev's intentions. I have no trouble doubting what you say is correct, that he's doing what he thinks is best for the company. The road to Hell is paved with good intentions.
