The mindless antichrist who calls herself "Average Joe" attempted this line of accusation long ago upon me and even faxed such to my employer. It was a real eye opening experience for me. At the time I still believed that God was going to restore an earthly kingdom to the Jews and that therefore they were yet "the people of God" in a covenantal sense. I have since woken up to the fact that they are no different than any other person on earth due to national affiliation. In fact, I find them often more guilty of pride than any other race. I believe that Israeli's should be treated as any human person upon the earth. It is my hope to see Israeli people or Arabs or Negro or what have you - live in peace in a lawful state that legislates laws according to God's moral code contained within scripture. It is a shame that so many live in such terror and bloodshed. We have begun to experience the same in America. It will get worse before it gets better. God commands men to "love" (act righteously toward) our enemies and to do unto them as we would they do unto us. Suicide bombing and unlawful war are evil. I would not want to live in Israel or Palestine for anything. Christ is not returning to vindicate Israel. They must vindicate themselves by establishing peace in the middle east and allowing others the rights and freedoms they themselves would have. The world does not owe them an eternal debt for the holocaust. The holocaust was evil - but those men are almost all dead. Guilt is not respect - it is a form of pity.
