Bush will ask for the end of subsidies to agriculture. He will propose to Europe the imediate elimination of agriculture subsidies. The goal is "give the farmers of Africa, Latin America and Asia to compete in world's markets" Bush will travel to Europe next week. Elmat's take: Bush wants to punish the French and the Germans by proposing something they don't want to implement. But Bush will lace the proposal with help to the developing countries. The developing countries now will rally behind President Bush. What a Machiavellian guy he is!!!
