You're proving my point: Countries' with money but no economic activities!!! Someone should do like in Germany. You see on the streets buckets attached to poles asking people to throw in their their used clothes. The clothes are collected by a foreign aid agency (DJ perhaps can tell us more) and sent to deveoloping countries which need them.
