The PM lags revisited me this morning too. Don't click submit several times, though. One click should do it, although it could take a while. If you hit it 10 times, you'll probably end up (eventually) sending 10 copies of the same message.

I will not be able to address any existing performance issues until the database conversion is completed. The current database setup is "dead man walking" and it would not be productive for me to take (a huge amount of) time away from other things to give it a flu shot when it's getting strapped in to the chair in a couple weeks.
