Dave,
I wish what commented is ture. Then TRKN is not 7 dollars today. The reason I bought TRKN is waiting some fab to use their tool in production line. And stock will jump to 20 dollars.
"Beta" tool means tool at beta site (customer site) for testing.
Al and W are used for different purpose at < 0.5um technology.
Al: PVD sputtering, for metal lines.
W: CVD deposition, for vias.
TRKN's Al can be used for via, that is why they are hot now. Safety is the only issus now.
