Yes, George W actually scored over 1200 on his SAT scores
which place him in the top 16% of those headed to college.
The fact that he went on to get his MBA at Harvard ought
to count for something.

I think what agitates many (europeans) is the directness in his actions (cowboy) and what they perceive as a lack of finesse. As Tony Blair observed,Bush isnt distracted by
a complexity of ideas and thoughts.(paraphrased) Bush says what he means and you know where he stands.

He'll get my vote another time.
