That is not at all what Mr. Alan Greenspan said. My paraphrase ... Some waste of capital is inevitable while undertaking risks inherent in pursuit of the profit potential of new technologies. However, this waste is excessive when earnings reports do not accurately report option expense. See the difference? Ron
