first thing you ought to do, imo, regardless of what version of netscape you are using, is close netscape, then go in and clear history, memory cache and disk cache. if you wish (it won't hurt), open your netscape program folder with explorer and delete (yes, delete) your netscape.hst file and the cookies.txt file. both of these will regenerate upon reopening netscape.

these instructions are primarily for netscape4.7

good chance you are running a newer version. if so, the idea is the same, and you may correct your refresh problem by going a similar route with the newer netscape. someone running 7.0 or whatever version they are up to now should be able to provide clickstreams as needed.
