Management seems to be clueless. They basicly told the analyst on the conference call a couple of quarters ago that if he didn't like the way they communicated to him, then that was pretty much too bad. He then espoused optimism for the quarters ahead and said wall street should value the stock according to the numbers. Well they have.

This is the only stock in my portfolio that I am losing money on and I take full responsibility for not cutting it sooner. Other than the fact that a local financial talkshow host continued to preach the virtues of this company being undervalued and growing like a weed. He convinced me that the conference call was positive when I kept scratching my head and saying it didn't sound that great to me. Normally that is where I would have cut a loser, but this one got away.

My other companies are all industry leaders or have great technology. This dog has neither and just keeps on barking. I originally bought it thinking monarch was going to go great guns. This thread seemed to think so too. I have never heard such a lame excuse as 'our marketing material needed to be updated'. Something very drastic has to happen with this company or management should take some serious heat.

I'm glad this bonehead mistake is such a small portion of my portfolio.
A few good lessons have been learned. Good luck,

Bruce
