not what i mean.

please tell us what version of netscape you are running... click on 'help', then 'about', for version info.

the cache clearing i mentioned is done via netscape browser edit/preferences, and i erred when i said to first close netscape to do this.

you have to have netscape open to clear history, memory cache and disk cache via the above-mentioned edit/preferences route.

after clearing those three items, then close netscape, open your netscape program folder with explorer and delete the netscape.hst file and the cookies.txt file.
