Its called WebTV NOT WebPC. MSFT has an instant on standard in the
works. It means you turn the thing on and it works. One potential application for CE is for Embedded applications. It means the OEM has already installed the SW in firmware the user doesn't install anything.

For a Dying OS Windows sure sells a lot. But MSFT even says themselves, WIN 98 is the last O/S in that series anyways.
Windows is dead.

O/S 2 Warp. Lack of Applications? Its supposed to be able to
multitask DOS and Windows Software.
