I never said they are clever

but even realizing that the prices may drop for a while they feel that prices eventually will rise again

The logic on payments is also poor

However the real estate crash is not inevitable even though everyone here believes it is

I have been up all night working here and you are up early and fresh from a night's sleep and have the advantage now.

I am not buying but I do believe that the nominal prices of houses will go up in select areas as we inflate more and more. The real value of the present day loans will also go down.
