The tax bill that is now assured of passage is actually MORE than Bush originally asked for (though the mix is slightly adjusted), and moves the republic FURTHER toward compensating the private sector for the Clinton/Rubin tax heist of 1993 that created recession and a collapse in the markets.

It was Rush Limbaugh who first said that the reason the Republicans were losing legislative battles after the 1994 Tsunami is that they had not learned to act like a majority, that they had to somehow overcome their losers' attitude. This tax bill marks that coming of age.

The use of sunsetting provisions to defeat the fraudulant static scoring that caused economic ignoramuses like Voinovich to risk their careers opposing their 70%-popular president represents the Republicans way of saying, "We will STILL be running this show in 2005 and 2006, and therefore we will have the leverage to extend these essential reforms, and possibly even make them permanent."

THAT is the same kind of "incrementalism" that built the disastrous socialist welfare state over 40 years. It will now be used by Bush and his Republican successors to dismantle that same socialist disaster. Here are the possibilities:

The looming Medicare and prescription drug catastrophe:

The Republicans will ally with John Breaux, whose Medicare reforms contained many good ideas-before Breaux was stabbed in the back by the Clinton Administration. There is no reform plan that won't be a budget-buster under fraudulant static scoring, so the Republicans will use heavy doses of sunsetting to limit the cost projection, as well as to trade the pure socialism proposed by the fading liberals for true privatiztion. When the resulting changes require renewal, more privatization ("choice") will be bought through more severe limitation of the Marxian features that are characteristic of any socialized medicine program. Keep Republicans in power long enough, and you have successfully saved AND privatized Medicare.

Social Security Reform (Privatization):

Privatization has actually already won the public debate, as the largest beneficiaries of the pyramid die off, and are replaced at the ballot box by the victims of the Greatest Fraud in Human History. The only argument left to the Marxists is to whine about the costs of converting to the inevitable private system. Those socialists rely on fraudulant static scoring to "fool the fools" (like Saddam McCain). Sunset the privatization features, and you eliminate the fraudulent numbers as a weapon against Social Security justice. When the sunset years roll around-extend the privatization that will, by then, have become an EXPECTED part of the estates of the vast majority of American workers. They LOSE BIG if they lack diligence, and elect another Bill Clinton-SO THEY WILL NOT!

What is about to be called "sunset incrementalism" in the media can also be applied to parts of the front that are not financial-related, but where the domestic enemy has managed to dig in and entrench himself. The appointment of the mainstream constructionist judges and justices-badly needed to fix a legal system under attack by greedy tort lawyers and anti-American Marxist/Leninists-can be made while Chuckie Schmuck and his fellow obstructionists are in recess, and a vote FORCED a year later. Look for these recess appointments to begin in January, in anticipation of a far more heavily Republican Senate in January, 2005.

Bush has found the key to taking a Republican party that the public has turned to in the wake of the treason, incompetence, and corruption of a Democratic party dominated by the left wing domestic enemy-and FINALLY turn it into a working majority. The ramifications for history are massive...
