Inflation or deflation? Greetings from the White Mountains. Have been spending the past two weeks getting some improvements done at my ski house. New floor and appliances for the kitchen and new furniture for the living room. "Things" are getting cheaper. Great deals on furniture, but labor is getting more expensive. The cost of the flooring was reasonable, but the cost of installation was high. Vehicles also getting cheaper. Replaced my old 4WD with an 02 with less than 20k miles and paid nearly $15k less than original sticker price, but insurance premiums have jumped. Be back at the desk Tuesday. Weather sucks, but hoping for a decent Monday for the race at Lime Rock. Vrooom Vrooom. Have a safe and happy holiday all.
