Agree with you EP. I was actually considering selling when we were in the 28-29 area but the emotions of watching the fast run up sometimes blind one's judgement. I sold on yesterdays downgrade in the 24 and change range and I'm looking to reenter in late September. Historically Aug, Sept and Oct are the weakest months on the market. I think looking for an entry point in the late Sept - Oct time frame is a safe way to go. Good luck.
