When is the last time a Russian or a Chinese vowed to sacrifice their lives in a suicidal attack to "destroy the infidel"?

Do you think that is irrational? What exactly is your definition of "rationality"? Self-preservation at all costs?

I am not trying to defend some dictator in North Korea (although you seem to have shifted the conversation to Al-Qaeda with all this "infidel" talk).

I am just questioning your judgement re "deterrence won't work because they are not rational".
