Did you ask them when they were going to rescind the package? The whole thing is absolutely disgusting. It is an outright theft from shareholders. It reeks of excess. And most likely signals that AMAT has lost its sense of responsibility and will be guided by someone with the predisposition to participate in these type destructions of shareholder value in the name of executive compensation.
