IMO, no big surprise BAC is selling shares.
It was my contention all along that any or all of the three(BAC, FDC, MSFT) would just be using the shares(stake in co) as an avenue to get more money out of the deal.

It was. IMO. a BS move that Pete even gave them a piece of the company anyhow.
Especially FDC and MSFT for the transpoint biz as it was losing ground and would have ended up folding sooner than later and we could have gotten that biz for free, or most of it anyhow)

I guess I will harbor some negative feelings for the company for a long time.
In fact, I have gone as far ib the past as to suggest this company will never amount to much for the share holders until Pete resigns his post as CEO.
I still feel that way to a larger degree at times.
