It is intersting that it took 9/11 for USA to join europe in terms of keeping track of
cashflow to and from, for example, the carribean little islands, as well as many more
laundering places.

And now it seems as USA will also get more active in international tax-agreements
or WTO will step in.

UK has been working hard on the stuff, to be approved as an EMU member, but there
are still many obstacles and needs for special arrangements.
