med mal sanity?? Not here in Florida...where many of us practice without insurance...premiums way, way too high to afford..ouch...I believe (and hope) that this anti-tobacco suit mentality begins to permeat other areas of litigation..would be nice to see the public come to its senses that society can't afford trial lawyers!!! I'm told that if we save the 1 billion dollars in med mal-induced defensive medical practice yearly in Florida alone..we could buy the seniors all of the prescription meds they need. The demolibs haven't nearly enough intelligence to realize this doc
