What you need to realize is that every hearing results in only one thing. Bigger budgets for the spooks. They always have one answer when questioned about how awful their product is.... More money solves the problem.

We know that spoiled teenagers can't fool their parents with this sort of plea. Why can the childish agencies of the Federal government always seem to wheedle more cash out of the coffers of the clueless? World class lobbyists telling world class lies.
