Zonder-- Now that even more of Saddam's and the Baath party's atrocities are being exposed, aren't you relieved that Saddam has been taken out? Even by the "illegal" actions of the dirty Brits and Yanks.

Also, it was reported that the Belgium court was evaluating crimes against humanity charges against Tommy Franks. As far as I know, they have not investigated similar charges against Arafat.

In theory, I am strongly for a world tribunal. However, for some reason, I fear that an international court evaluating charges against the US and Israel would be tantamount to a Ku Klux Klan trial of blacks during the reconstruction period.
