Hi Brander: Do you realize that your post ends a nearly two year hiatus for you here on SI? Welcome back..and especially here on the FLML board. What a week for this stock and I think the future is just beginning...One can dream!!! As for merely changing the color of a pill, even now the courts have ruled(Friday) that a generic company can copy the color of the pills being offered by them. "In a victory for Barr Laboratories (BRL: news, chart, profile), the 3rd U.S. District Court of Appeals ruled Friday that generic drugs can use the same colors as pills they mimic. The ruling was a defeat for Britain's Shire Pharmaceuticals (SHPGY: news, chart, profile), which had sought an injunction on Barr's coloring." I hope to gain more of your opinion about FLML going forward. The stock might be a little over-extended at this time, but the chart appears to be indicating a new up leg based on the MACD for the past year. A deal for their Medusa platform for Basulin sure would be a nice catalyst. Take care...hope to hear from you again soon!
