It was Tip O'Neil's bill, Texas Turd. Tip (probably with help from professional weasel Chris Mathews) held up Reagan's winning of the Cold War for as much socialist bullshit as he could elicit (which, for Tip, was usually A LOT). Reagan paid the price, because the fall of the Soviet Union was a bargain at any price. Now that the Cold War has been won, it's long past time to sweep away OUR OWN socialists and their ruinous ideas. THAT'S why 2/3 of our people are planning to vote for GEORGE BUSH in 2004, and the Democrat's Seven Dwarves will walk away...
