Cy, Help me out! When does an bill passed by Congress become law? Who has veto power over bills voted on by Congress? Are you telling me that the Tax Bill enacted by Congress this week really isn't Shrubs? Geez, Cy! Everything signed into law by Clinton was his by your standards, but you don't feel the same way about Reagan...WHY?
