Yes They Are Markets interventions are always such. Why do I think that we are on the other side of that trade. Buy high and sell low seems to be the way it works for Japanese investment in US assets. If you look at the markets that they have made in investments in (art, real estate, golf clubs) its always been a good way to spot a top.
