Hi TC and All,

Sorry for the delay in responding, but I didn't have a chance to even try any of the suggestions until a few days ago. Ended-up getting four (4) new custom medical reporting programs which had to be installed and made operational on my office and home server and workstations the very next day after I posted my problem (they're separate, but integrated programs). If you think you've got problems with retail programs, try these astronomically expensive medical programs that everyone in the medical field is being forced to use now because of both insurance carriers and the new privacy laws. Even my monitors have to be hidden from the eyes of everyone other than staff members! Still trying to make them do what they're supposed to do. Tech support is great, but the programs aren't! It would seem that the doctors have become the beta testers {:>).

Getting back to my notebook problem (message 33602) Message 18806701
my messenger service was already disabled. Thanks.

Marty
