Gerry, according to the release there is 14.1 million shares out.

I dont quite get ".06c per share on fully diluted basis". Shouldnt it be the other way around?

Just found the answer: For the computation of earnings per share, net income is reduced by dividends to preferred stockholders and by the discount to the market price on the coversion to common stock given to preferred stockholders. " Looks like either settlement shares or private placement had a fair amount of conversion
