(PR NEWSWIRE) Heartsoft Signs Intent Agreement to Produce CD-ROM Software for TULSA, Okla., Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Heartsoft, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: HTSF), announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Wildlife Education, Ltd., publisher of the successful Zoobooks(R) line of children's magazines to produce interactive multimeda CD-ROM products for both Windows and Macintosh multimedia computers. The definitive licensing agreement between Heartsoft and Wildlife is anticipated to be completed with in the next 30 days and product development will begin shortly thereafter. "Our initial release under the Zoobooks name will be up to six CD-ROM titles and will be developed using Heartsoft's proprietary Knowledge Construction Set authoring system," said Benjamin Shell, Chairman & CEO. Shell continued, "Over the last 15 years Zoobooks has become a household name with millions of parents and children all across America. Combining Heartsoft's powerful new authoring system with Zoobooks' print media content, we anticipate the release of up to 6 titles under the Zoobooks license by next summer."
