CoB is the Chairman of the Board concept that is an integral part of the message board model at iHub. Chairmen can remove messages for Matt's review and he can leave them deleted or restore them (after which they cannot be re-deleted). The intention is for posts to only be deleted if they violate the Terms of Service. What Mmmary takes exception to is that it used to be that they could be deleted at the whim of the person who started the board. That is no longer the case. It happened a lot a few months ago with the EDIG board and Matt restored them and started busting people over it. We won't be using that model here. The model in use here works. It doesn't need to be fiddled with.
