I find it rather strange that the US has the authority to "approve" what Israel can export, and what India can import...and I also wonder about "double standards"... How so?? It's essentially a question of how badly the Israelis want to sell Phalcons to other countries and putting at risk the substantial foreign and military aid they receive from the US.. I think it's rather nice to have that capability... It helps to preserve some semblance of global order, holding governments economically responsible for any actions that compromise US security interests.. (since we're the ones who wind up putting our servicemen on the line in these areas).. Hawk
