When I first moved to Virginia from Long Island, when I was 15, there was a girl in school, who with a strong southern accents said "I love your accent". I thought it was funny esp. as I thought at the time that I pretty much had no accent. Now when I got back to NY I notice the accent and even start picking it up again. However I still don't think it is as strong of accent as she was using. Tim
