On the third anniversary of the Massacre, millions of unsold airtime minutes are still going to waste. Leap Wireless has joined Globalstar on the ash heap. Pegaso is likely to join them. I would be better off if Qualcomm distributed the money they throw down rat holes and let me waste it instead of having them waste it for me.
