I'm going to decline the waitress position you so graciously offered. I do appreciate your being willing to give me a chance after the all the problems I had trying to waitress at Big Earl's-- Nobody could understand my accent & my Friendly-Texas-Waitress-Smile frightened the customers' children, you'll recall. (A greater number of teeth than they were used to seeing in one mouth, you speculated)
--- I did think about the possibility of meeting those elderly Hill Country millionaires, but looking at it objectively I must conclude that I don't suit the tastes of Texas men in that they like their women big-busted with big hair, & I am too skinny, flat-chested, & practically bald. Not to mention nearly 30 --well past prime. I just can't compete with those 18 year old Texas girls with the big chests & big hair that you'll have wrangling the poolside geezer trade.
--- But I sure do appreciate the kind offer, & I do wish you great success with the new venture.
