The "programs" to which you refer are rather irrelevant to the subject. What is important is that America battles it's corrupt, failing deadbeats-deadbeats who would make us as backward as Germany and France have become, by bringing in the world's BEST and BRIGHTEST and enculturating them into a far-more enlightened world view than the primitive places from which they came. This motivates the deadbeats in our own society to reform (and thus advance) themselves.

This is how it's been since the settlers landed in the 1600's, and it will remain this way as long as there's an America. The domestic enemy attacks the "melting pot" concept because they see how successful its has always been. They know that the most efficient way to destroy America is to destroy our superior culture, and thus our ideals.

We have this domestic enemy on the run, since 91101. Forget the money and concentrate on KEEPING them on the run...
